Why official passport sizes matter

Every country has a strict spec: photo dimensions, head height, eye-line position, background color, and usually specific requirements for expression and glasses. A rejected photo means a rejected application, which means weeks of delay. This tool bakes in the official specs for each country — pick US, UK, EU, etc., and the cropper enforces the right dimensions and head-height ratio so the final photo meets the standard.
